This map aligns with Map 1 of the BC Old Growth Technical Advisory Panel's Old Growth Maps (OGM) clipped to northwestern BC.

Map 1 shows an overall picture of the Panel's priority recommendations for harvest deferral and combines the Prioritized Big-treed Old Growth (Map 3), Ancient Forest (Map 4), and Remnant Old Ecosystems (Map 5) layers. All of the areas noted on this map, outside protected areas, are at high near-term risk and should have harvest deferred.
